19 Trapped in 2 Landslides in Southwest China

Beijing, 22 May (ONA) --- Two separate landslides struck Changshi and Guowa in Dafang County, southwest China's Guizhou Province, trapping several people.

The landslides occurred this morning, trapping 19 people in Changshi and several others in Qingyang Village in Guowa.

Meanwhile, rescue efforts are underway.

Remote areas are often prone to natural disasters, including landslides and earthquakes.
