Meta Adds Memory Feature to Meta AI

Washington, 28 Jan (ONA) --- Meta has announced the expansion of the capabilities of its intelligent assistant Meta AI by adding a Memory feature that allows it to retain information about users' preferences, such as their food or personal interests, to provide more personalized recommendations.

This feature is similar to services offered by other smart bots such as ChatGPT and Gemini, making it a competitive step to enhance the user experience on Meta platforms.

The company said the assistant will use past conversations along with details from users' Facebook and Instagram accounts to provide content that aligns with their interests.

Meta AI can suggest family activities based on a user's location listed on their Facebook profile and the short videos they have recently watched called Reels.
