Muscat, 13 Dec (ONA) --- His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has received a cable of thanks from President Michel Aoun of the Lebanese Republic in reply to His Majesty’s greetings cable on his country's Independence Anniversary.

In the cable, President Aoun expressed his thanks and appreciation for His Majesty's greetings and best wishes. He lauded the fraternal ties and cooperation between the two countries, stressing his keenness on enhancing the bilateral relations in all areas to serve the interests of the Omani and Lebanese peoples.
