Muscat, 20 Dec (ONA) --- His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of condolences to President Rodrigo Duterte of the Republic of the Philippines on victims of Typhoon Rai, which hit some parts of the Philippines.

In the cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his heartfelt sympathies to President Duterte, families of the victims and the people of the Philippines, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
