Muscat, 21 Feb (ONA) --- His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of greetings to Cyril Errol Charles, Governor-General of Saint Lucia on his country’s Independence Anniversary.

In the cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere sentiments and best wishes to the Governor-General of Saint Lucia and his country’s people.
