Muscat, 23 Feb (ONA) --- His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of greetings to President Alar Karis of the Republic of Estonia on his country’s National Day.

In the cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere sentiments and best wishes to President Karis and the people of his country.
