HM The Sultan Condoles President of Iraq

Muscat, 27 Sep (ONA) --- His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of condolences to President Abdul Latif Rashid of the Republic of Iraq on victims of a fire that broke out in a ceremonies hall in Nineveh governorate.

In the cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his heartfelt sympathies to President Abdul Latif Rashid, families of the deceased and the people of Iraq. His Majesty also prayed to Allah the Almighty to rest the deceased souls in peace in paradise and to grant their families fortitude to bear the loss, wishing the injured a speedy recovery
