HM The Sultan Greets President of Vietnam

Muscat, 23 May (ONA) --- His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of congratulations to President Dr. To Lam of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on being sworn in as his country’s new president.

In the cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere sentiments to President Dr. To Lam and his best wishes of success to him in leading the people of Vietnam towards further progress and prosperity. His Majesty also wished the bilateral relations further development and growth.
