HM The Sultan Greets President of Rwanda

Muscat, 30 Jun (ONA) --- His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of greetings to President Paul Kagame of the Republic of Rwanda on his country’s National Day.

In the cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere sentiments and best wishes to President Kagame and the people of his country.
