HM The Sultan Greets President of Vietnam
Muscat, 1 Sep (ONA) --- His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of greetings to President Dr. To Lam of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on his country’s National Day.
In the cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere sentiments and best wishes to President Dr. To Lam and the people of his country.
