Royal Decree Appoints Member in State Council
Muscat, 12 Jan 2026 (ONA) --- His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik today issued Royal decree (No. 23/2026) on appointing a member in the State Council.
Article (1) appoints Dr. Mansour bin Saif bin Khamis Al Manthri as a Member in the State Council.
Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
