Muscat, Feb 26 (ONA) --- His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has sent a cable of congratulations to Emperor Naruhito of Japan on the occasion of his country's National Day.

      In his cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes of good health, happiness and a long life to Emperor Naruhito and the friendly people of Japan further progress and prosperity.
