Student National Operetta in Dhofar Celebrates Anniversary of HM the Sultan’s Accession Day
Salalah, 11 Jan 2026 (ONA) --- The student national operetta titled "Fill the Universe with Light" was held this evening at the Sultan Qaboos Youth Compound for Culture and Entertainment. Organized by the Directorate General of Education in Dhofar Governorate, the event commemorated the anniversary of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik’s Accession Day, presenting an artistic tribute that reflected Oman's renewed renaissance and its comprehensive developmental achievements.
HH Sayyid Marwan Turki Al Said, Governor of Dhofar and chief guest of the event, emphasized that the celebration of 11 January serves as a renewed national milestone in the history of the Sultanate of Oman.
