International Day of Persons with Disabilities Marked in Al Buraimi

Al Buraimi, 22 Dec 2025 (ONA) --- The Directorate of Social Development in Al Buraimi Governorate organized a ceremony today to mark the International Day of Persons with Disabilities.

The ceremony featured visual presentations showcasing various success stories and outstanding achievements of individuals within this community. It also highlighted qualitative initiatives focused on community integration and skill development. Furthermore, the event recognized the efforts of those responsible for implementing these initiatives and distinguished workers dedicated to supporting persons with disabilities.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, Sayyid Dr. Hamad Ahmed Al Busaidi, Governor of Al Buraimi, honored partners from both the government and private sectors, as well as workers, parents, and high-achieving individuals from this category.
