Forum Held on Al Buraimi on Enhancing Educational Governance

Al Buraimi, 10 Feb 2026 (ONA) --- The Directorate General of Education in Al Buraimi Governorate organized an educational forum for lead teachers under the slogan "Professional Partnership and Sustainable Impact," aiming to empower lead teachers in their leadership roles, enhance the quality of education, and develop a professional environment supportive of continuous learning.

The forum included a series of working papers focusing on elevating educational practices and linking them to institutional development requirements.

The forum's topics covered various themes, most notably advancing educational excellence through governance, school-based supervision, and school education quality, in addition to emphasizing the importance of psychological resilience as a factor in the professional sustainability of the lead teacher.
