Omani Society for the Care of the Holy Quran Opens 12th Branch
Barka, 2 Jul (ONA) --- The Omani Society for the Care of the Holy Quran today inaugurated the Barka Quranic Center, marking its twelfth branch across the Sultanate of Oman, as part of its ongoing efforts to promote Quranic studies and education.
The opening ceremony was held under the auspices of Sayyid Tariq Mahmoud Al Busaidi, Governor of Barka.
Dr. Ahmed Said Al Busaidi, Board Member of the Society, delivered a speech emphasizing the significance of the new center. He highlighted the Omani Society for the Care of the Holy Quran’s commitment to providing an integrated educational environment dedicated to Quran memorization and the teaching of its studies through specialized programs tailored for various age groups.
The ceremony featured a visual presentation titled "The Blessed Seed Program," detailing the center's key initiatives, including the Quranic Ijazah Program, the Young Reciter Program, and the "Surahs of My Prayer" course, alongside other intensive programs aimed at fostering Quranic literacy.
