Information Ministry Launches Ayn Gaming Hackathon

Muscat, 29 May (ONA) --- The Ministry of Information, represented by the Directorate General for Electronic Media today launched “Ayn Gaming Hackathon”.

The two-day hackathon, held within the framework of COMEX 2024, aims to explore ideas and models of electronic games that fit the Omani identity and culture.

During the hackathon, Ayn platform targets presenting several lectures and holding workshops for participants to enhance their game development skills. These events are held in cooperation with Omani and Saudi experts.

Winner ideas will be felicitated by the Ministry of Information.
