OMSB Observes World Quality Week

Muscat, 11 Nov (ONA) --- Acting in cooperation with Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Unit, Oman Medical Specialty Board (OMSB) today marked World Quality Week 2025. To this effect, the OMSB organized a forum themed "Think, Innovate, Impact".

The forum aimed to foster a culture of quality, excellence and innovation among institutions and promote the exchange of best practices in sustainable development in a manner that contributes to the objectives of Oman Vision 2040.

The event was a step forward in meeting the goals of the vision by supporting institutional cooperation, building partnerships and underlining the importance of quality in promoting performance and institutional success.

The forum explored advanced institutional experiences in the fields of quality and innovation, including the experience of "Innotech" company in 3D printing technologies and the experience of the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates "Madayn" in applying the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM).

During the forum, the OMSB presented its experience in managing innovative digital programmes by applying an internally developed system for managing clinical examinations (OSCE Stream Pro) as a model of technological development in the fields of assessment and advanced medical education.
