ICAO Secretary General Visits Oman Airports
Muscat, 20 Feb (ONA) --- Juan Carlos, Secretary General of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), who is visiting Oman to take part in the 2nd edition of the Civil Aviation Legal Advisers Forum (CALAF/2), today visited Oman Airports company.
During the visit he met with Sheikh Ayman Ahmed Al Hosni, CEO of Oman Airports.
In the meeting, the two sides reviewed prospects of joint cooperation in a bid to serve joint objectives and boost travel and aviation movement among countries of the world.
Oman Airports gave a presentation on its airports and plans of increasing the operational capacity of airports.
The ICAO Secretary General also visited Muscat International Airport and viewed the preparations and facilities offered by the airport to aviation companies and passengers.
Moreover, the 2nd edition of the Civil Aviation Legal Advisers Forum (CALAF/2) will kick off tomorrow (Tuesday) with the participation of 63 countries and 3 international organizations.
