MSX Drops 51 Points

Muscat, 2 Apr (ONA) --- Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index (30) today lost (51.1) points, comprising a drop by (1.05%) to close at (4812.01) points, compared to the last session, which stood at (4863.09) points.

The trading value today stood at (RO 2,556,761), comprising a drop by (19.9%), compared to the last session, which stood at (RO 3,192,227).

The report released by MSX pointed out that the market value went down by (0.257%) to reach about (RO 23.80) billion.

The report added that the value of shares bought by non-Omani investors reached (RO 184,000), comprising (7.20%). The value of shares sold by non-Omani investors reached (RO 408,000), comprising (15.96%). The net non-Omani investment fell by (8.76%) to (RO 224,000).
