MSX Drops 5 Points

Muscat, 19 Apr (ONA) --- Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index (30) today lost (5.5) points, comprising a drop by (0.12%) to close at (4743.46) points, compared to the last session, which stood at (4748.98) points.

The trading value today stood at (RO 7,021,063), comprising a surge by (233%), compared to the last session, which stood at (RO 2,108,419).

The report released by MSX pointed out that the market value went down by (0.016%) to reach about (RO 23.80) billion.

The report added that the value of shares bought by non-Omani investors reached (RO 392,000), comprising (5.58%). The value of shares sold by non-Omani investors reached (RO 389,000), comprising (5.54%). The net non-Omani investment increased by (0.04%) to (RO 3,000).
