MSX Drops 24 Points

Muscat, 26 Apr (ONA) --- Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index (30) today lost (24.3) points, comprising a drop by (0.51%) to close at (4719.58) points, compared to the last session, which stood at (4743.92) points.

The trading value today stood at (RO 1,780,084), comprising a decline by (9.2%), compared to the last session, which stood at (RO 1,960,803).

The report released by MSX pointed out that the market value went down by (0.040%) to reach about (RO 23.80) billion.

The report added that the value of shares bought by non-Omani investors reached (RO 128,000), comprising (7.17%). The value of shares sold by non-Omani investors reached (RO 376,000), comprising (21.14%). The net non-Omani investment decreased by (13.97%) to (RO 249,000).
