MSX Drops 22 Points

Muscat, 19 Sep (ONA) --- Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index (30) today lost (22.9) point, comprising a drop by (0.49%) to close at (4687.58) points, compared to the last session, which stood at (4710.52) points.

The trading value today stood at (RO 3,107,460), comprising a rise by (70.4%), compared to the last session, which stood at (RO 1,824,067).

The report released by MSX pointed out that the market value went down by (0.139%) to reach about (RO 23.68) billion.

The report added that the value of shares bought by non-Omani investors reached (RO 430,000), comprising (13.84%). The value of shares sold by non-Omani investors reached (RO 977,000), comprising (31.44%). The net non-Omani investment decreased by (17.60%) to (RO 547,000).
