MSX Drops 17 Points

Muscat, 1 May (ONA) --- Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index (30) today lost (17) points, comprising a decline by (0.36%) to close at (4767.23) points, compared to the last session, which stood at (4784.23) points.

The trading value today stood at (RO 2,364,456), comprising a drop by (65.1%), compared to the last session, which stood at (RO 6,771,161).

The report released by MSX pointed out that the market value went up by (0.056%) to reach about (RO 24.33) billion.

The report added that the value of shares bought by non-Omani investors reached (RO 400,000), comprising (16.94%). The value of shares sold by non-Omani investors reached (RO 370,000), comprising (15.66%). The net non-Omani investment rose by (1.28%) to (RO 30,000).
