MSX Drops 20 Points

Muscat, 4 Aug (ONA) --- Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index (30) today lost (20.2) points, comprising a decline by (0.43%) to close at (4647.20) points, compared to the last session, which stood at (4667.43) points.

The trading value today stood at (RO 1,404,606), comprising a decrease by (50.8%), compared to the last session, which stood at (RO 2,855,253).

The report released by MSX pointed out that the market value went down by (0.160%) to reach about (RO 24.38) billion.

The report added that the value of shares bought by non-Omani investors reached (RO 66,000), comprising (4.72%). The value of shares sold by non-Omani investors reached (RO 100,000), comprising (7.12%). The net non-Omani investment decreased by (2.40%) to (RO 34,000).
