Nama Completes Project for Expansion of Two Sewage Treatment Plants

A'Suwaiq, 21 Jan (ONA) --- Nama Water Services company has completed the project of expansion of the two wastewater treatment plants in the Wilayat of Al Khabourah and the Wilayat of A'Suwaiq. The project reflects the company’s commitment to improve the quality of life in the basic services sector.

The project was a step forward in consolidating the pillars of sustainable development in the governorates covered by the company’s services.

Eng. Hilal Masoud Al Sharji, Acting Manager of Operations Support at Nama Water Services, said that the expansion project of the two wastewater treatment plants adds momentum to the growth of the wastewater sector’s infrastructure in the two Wilayats.

“The project dealt with treating wastewater and producing regenerated and triple-treated water through the application of the best international practices in this field,” Al Sharji added.
