MSX Drops 22 Points

Muscat, 29 Jan (ONA) --- Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index (30) today drops (22.7) points, comprising a decline by (0.50%) to close at (4545.21) points, compared to the last session, which stood at (4565.88) points.

The trading value today stood at (RO 3,752,065), comprising an increase by (28.6%), compared to the last session, which stood at (RO 2,916,496).

The report released by MSX pointed out that the market value went down by (0.204%) to reach about (RO 27.54) billion.

The report added that the value of shares bought by non-Omani investors reached (RO 633,000), comprising (16.88%). The value of shares sold by non-Omani investors reached (RO 1,295,000), comprising (34.52%). The net non-Omani investment fell by (17.64%) to (RO 662,000).
