Workshop Reviews Means of Enhancing Foreign Direct Investment Through Mediation

Muscat, 16 Feb 2026 (ONA) --- Oman Commercial Arbitration Centre organized a workshop in Muscat today titled "The Singapore Convention: Reconsidering Mediation as a Means to Rebalance Risks and Impact Investment," which reviewed methods for enhancing Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) through mediation.

The workshop included several discussion sessions, most notably addressing FDI programs enhanced through mediation, as well as the practical skills and strategic value of mediation in resolving commercial disputes.
