Murder Toll from Israeli Aggression on Gaza Rises to 46,006

Gaza, 9 Jan (ONA) --- The murder toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip Since 7 October 2023, has risen to 46,006 martyrs, in addition to 109,378 wounded.

In a statement, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza said that the occupation forces committed three massacres against families in the Strip over the past 24 hours, killing 70 and wounding 104, noting that there are many victims under the rubble as civil defense and ambulance crews were not able to reach them.

The occupation forces continue to commit the crime of genocide in the Gaza Strip, for the 461st consecutive day, by launching dozens of air strikes and artillery shelling, amid a catastrophic humanitarian situation.

The Gaza Strip and other occupied Palestinian territories experience unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe due to the Israeli brutal, barbaric and heinous aggression and genocide committed against defenseless civilians in the strip and the occupied West Bank. The ongoing aggression in the Gaza Strip causes horrible health conditions following the persistent, deliberate attacks on medical buildings, hospitals and civil infrastructure, deliberately denying the entry of medical supplies and fuel needed by medical complexes, as well as preventing the access of aid convoys to the Strip in a flagrant violation of the International Humanitarian Law, Geneva Conventions and resolutions of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) amidst paralysis of the international community.
