Muscat, Feb 4 (ONA) --- Dr. Mohamed Essa, Associate Professor in the Department of Food Science and Nutrition of the College of Agricultural & Marine Sciences at Sultan Qaboos University (SQU) recently co-edited a book that discusses personalized food therapy for Autism.

       The book is titled “Personalized Food Intervention and Therapy for Autism Spectrum Disorder Management”.

      This book contains 26 chapters, which describe from overview of autism, genomics, role of foods and nutrition in autism and recommendations for food intake intervention written by well-known researchers all over from USA, Australia, India and GCC. The co-editor of the book is Dr. M. Walid Qoronfleh, Director of Research & Policy from World Innovation Summit for Health (WISH) of Qatar Foundation, Qatar.
