All Tickets Bought for Oman Football Team’s Share Vs Saudi Team in 26th Gulf Cup Semi-final

Kuwait, 29 Dec (ONA) --- Mohsen Mohammed Al Masroori, Deputy Chairman of Oman Football Association (OFA) and Head of the National Team Mission to the 26th Gulf Cup said that all tickets for the Sultanate of Oman's share in the semi-final match against the Saudi national team have been purchased, equivalent to 5,600 tickets. The decisive fixture will be played at Jaber Al Mubarak Stadium after tomorrow (Tuesday).

He explained in a press statement that the public initiatives began in cooperation with the concerned public and private institutions by providing two planes to transport the fans. He added that work is underway to provide another plane. He hoped to see more initiatives to support the national team to reach the final match.

Oman Football Team began its preparations for the match at Khaitan Club Stadium this evening. The training session focused on preparing the players for the upcoming match through physical and tactical exercises.

Meanwhile, the Competitions Committee of the Gulf Football Federation decided to postpone the final of the 26th Gulf Cup to 4 January 2025. The final match was previously scheduled to be played on 3 January. Further, the Gulf Football Federation confirmed that the two semi-final matches will be held on their specified date after tomorrow (Tuesday).
