Flamengo Faces Cruz Azul Tomorrow in FIFA Intercontinental Cup 2025
Doha, 9 Dec 2025 (ONA) --- The "Americas Derby" match will take place tomorrow “Wednesday” within the FIFA Intercontinental Cup 2025 in Qatar at Ahmad Bin Ali Stadium, between the Brazilian team Flamengo and the Mexican team Cruz Azul.
This match represents the official start of the three final matches of the FIFA Intercontinental Cup 2025, which Qatar is hosting during the rest days of the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2025.
The winner of this match will face the Egyptian team Pyramids FC, the champion of the 2025 CAF Champions League, in the semi-final on 13 December. The team that qualifies for the final will then face the French team Paris Saint-Germain, the champion of the UEFA Champions League, on 17 December.
